2. Products and Services

UnaroCloud offers digital products such as Minecraft plugins, Discord bots, software, source code, website templates, digital assets and free downloads. Individual development and configuration services may also be offered.

Product descriptions specify the features, technical requirements, license scope, delivery method and any included support.

Hosting services and subscriptions, if offered, may be subject to additional contractual conditions.

3. Orders and Payment

Products displayed in our storefront constitute an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order through checkout, the customer makes a binding offer. A contract is concluded upon acceptance through an explicit confirmation or delivery of the product.

Prices, applicable taxes and available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment may be processed through PayPal or other supported providers.

Where the German small-business VAT exemption under Section 19 UStG applies, German VAT is not separately charged on eligible transactions. Cross-border tax obligations remain unaffected.

4. Digital Delivery

Digital products are generally delivered electronically after payment confirmation and acceptance of the order, through download links, license keys or the storefront.

Customers must ensure their systems meet the disclosed compatibility requirements.

If delivery fails, customers should contact support@unarocloud.de. Statutory rights regarding non-delivery remain unaffected.

5. License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, customers receive a non-exclusive license to use purchased products for their permitted private or commercial purposes.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, ownership of source code or unrestricted distribution rights.

Source code may only be accessed where included in the product description. Modifications for permitted personal or internal business use are allowed unless valid product-specific terms provide otherwise.

Third-party and open-source licenses, as well as mandatory statutory rights, remain unaffected.

6. Reselling and Redistribution

Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, republishing, sharing or commercially transferring UnaroCloud products without prior express written permission is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Without such permission, customers must not:

Commercial use does not automatically include resale rights.

Reseller and redistribution permissions must be obtained in writing from support@unarocloud.de.

Applicable open-source licenses, mandatory legal rights and lawful transfers remain unaffected.

7. Custom Development

Custom development projects are governed by individually agreed specifications, prices, deliverables and timelines.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate approval and payment.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers receive the usage rights specified in the individual agreement. Exclusive intellectual property rights and resale permissions are not automatically transferred.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Free Products, Updates and Support

Free products may be subject to product-specific license conditions. Free availability does not automatically permit redistribution or resale.

Product descriptions determine any promised feature updates and support periods.

Mandatory statutory obligations, including necessary security and conformity updates, remain unaffected.

Support is available through support@unarocloud.de and our official community channels.

9. Withdrawal, Refunds and Warranty

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided in our separate Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal right may expire once performance begins, provided all applicable statutory requirements are fulfilled.

Different rules apply to services and custom development.

Business customers do not receive a statutory consumer withdrawal right merely because they purchase for business purposes.

Statutory rights concerning defective products, non-delivery, refunds and other remedies remain unaffected.

10. Liability

UnaroCloud is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and other cases where unlimited liability is legally required.

For slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability may be limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract, where legally permitted.

Mandatory statutory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Third-Party Platforms and Misuse

Customers must not use our products or services for unlawful activities, unauthorized redistribution, license abuse or attacks on technical systems.

Minecraft, Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Discord and other third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.

UnaroCloud is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms unless expressly stated.

12. Applicable Law and Contact

German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence.

Statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Changes to these Terms apply to future contracts unless an existing contract is validly modified.
